This weekend we went home to spend Mother's Day with our Mothers. Cody was able to go home to Glen Ullin for a day and Doug and Donna joined the Wald clan for brunch on Mother's Day. We had a great time as always and are so glad we were able to spend time with our families. Here are a few pics and I would like to offer my apologies to the Schmidt's. We should have taken pictures when you were there. I guess we'll just have to get some at the wedding next weekend!

23 weeks!
Today the baby is officially considered viable. This means that with a lot of assistance a baby is able survive outside the womb. Of course I want her to stay inside for a few more months, but to an L&D nurse this is a big milestone.
I had Cody take this belly pic because I'm getting a little too big to fit everything in the picture myself. Less than 4 months left! We can't wait!

Week 21!
This week at work I had one of the OB's recheck to see if it really is a girl and he got a pretty good shot of her girl parts!
My tummy is really starting to grow. I just love feeling her move and watching my belly roll around with her movements. There isn't too much else that is new. We are just counting down the days until September!

Half way there!
On Monday I will be 20 weeks. I can't believe I'm almost most half way through this pregancy. Cody and I are getting more and more excited to meet our little girl everyday.
I've also included a picture of Mavis on her favorite perch. She loves sitting on top of the desk and watching the computer screen. Unfortunatley her big head gets in the way and then I can't see the screen. She is so spoiled.

A Healthy Baby Girl!!!
Today was our big ultrasound and we are having a girl!! She looks great and we were even able to see her sucking her thumb. She is in the 32 percentile for growth which the Dr said is good. We are so grateful that she she is healthy and doing well. Here are a few profile pics and if you look close you can see her sucking her thumb.

Hi Daddy!
Last night I felt the baby move again. Cody wanted to see if he could feel it moving. I told him he could try but chances are the baby isn't kicking hard enough to feel it on the outside. He put his hand on my stomach and a few seconds later I felt one of the strongest kicks so far and Cody looked at me with big eyes and said " was that it?" I couldn't believe he actually felt it! Cody thought it was pretty cool. With every milestone it becomes more and more real that we really will have a baby in our house in 5 months!

Thump, Thump, Thump!
Well I think I have felt the baby moving! A couple nights ago I was lying down watching TV and I felt 3 distinctive taps below my belly button. Last night I felt a little something again so I'm pretty sure it's the baby I feel!!
The countdown is on to the "big" ultrasound. Only 8 days!! We've also talked Donna into staying an extra day and coming with us, although I don't think she needed too much convincing! I can't wait to join Team Pink or Team Blue!
